1. Acceptance

By browsing rajsportsbook.com, creating an order, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who may use this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Some of our titles deal with gambling history and gambling addiction and are intended for an adult readership.

3. What we sell

Raj Sports Books sells digital reading material only — journals, magazines and e-books, delivered as downloads. We are not a betting operator and no wagering of any kind takes place on this site; see our Disclaimer.

4. Orders and pricing

• Prices are displayed on each product page and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you complete checkout.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a title is withdrawn, a price was displayed in obvious error, or we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we cancel after taking payment, you are refunded in full.
• Stock indicators reflect availability at the time of display and may change before you check out.

5. Payment

Payments are handled by a regulated third-party payment provider. Your card, UPI or bank details are supplied directly to that provider and are never stored on our servers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

6. Delivery

Digital titles are made available immediately after payment is confirmed. Full details, including what to do if a download fails, are in our Delivery Policy.

7. Your licence to read

When you buy a title, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it for your own non-commercial use. You do not acquire copyright or any ownership of the work.

You may:

• download the title to devices you personally own, and read it as often as you like;
• keep a personal backup copy.

You may not:

• resell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the file;
• upload it to a file-sharing service or otherwise make it publicly available;
• remove or alter copyright notices;
• reproduce substantial extracts commercially without written permission.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility, timelines and the process for requesting one are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its data;
• scrape, crawl or systematically extract content except as permitted by our robots.txt;
• interfere with the operation of the site or place unreasonable load on it;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe anyone’s rights.

10. Our intellectual property

The Raj Sports Books name, logo, site design, editorial content in the Journal, and the generated cover artwork are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link is fine.

11. Your device and stored data

Your cart, wishlist and theme preference are stored in your own browser rather than on our servers. Clearing your browser data will erase them, and they do not transfer between devices. We are not able to recover this data for you.

12. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms; the “last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

13. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law that applies where you live.
