Delivery Policy

1. In short

• All products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped physically.
• Delivery is immediate once payment is confirmed — normally within a few seconds.
• There are no delivery charges, anywhere in the world.
• We deliver internationally, because there is nothing to transport.

2. How delivery works

1. You complete checkout and your payment is confirmed.
2. Your order confirmation is shown on screen with your order number.
3. Your title becomes available to download immediately, and a confirmation is sent to the email address you gave at checkout.

Because delivery is electronic, you do not need to provide a postal address, and no courier or tracking number is involved.

3. Delivery times

Occasionally a payment provider holds a transaction for verification. In that case delivery completes as soon as the provider clears the payment. If it has been more than 24 hours, contact us.

4. Delivery charges

None. There are no shipping fees, handling fees, or delivery surcharges, for any country. The price shown on the product page is what you pay.

5. International delivery

We deliver worldwide. As nothing physical crosses a border, there are no customs duties, import taxes or delivery restrictions on our titles. You are responsible for ensuring that reading the material is lawful where you live.

6. If your download does not arrive

First, two things worth checking:

• Your spam or promotions folder — confirmation emails occasionally land there.
• The email address you entered at checkout — a typo is the most common cause of a missing confirmation.

If it still has not arrived, contact us with your order number and we will re-issue the delivery. If we cannot deliver the title, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund & Return Policy.

7. How long you keep access

A purchased title is yours to keep. We recommend downloading and backing up your file after purchase rather than relying on a download link remaining live indefinitely. If you lose your copy, contact us with your order number and we will help you re-download it.

8. What you need to read our titles

Our titles are supplied in standard, widely supported document formats readable on phones, tablets, e-readers and computers with commonly available free software. No proprietary app or subscription is required.
